Estamos buscando un/a **Customer Success Specialist** orientado/a a la **retención de clientes**, que combine habilidades de **atención al cliente, ventas B2C y gestión de cuentas** para maximizar la satisfacción de los estudiantes y familias.
Si te apasiona **el trato directo con clientes**, la **gestión de relaciones a largo plazo** y **superar objetivos**, este rol es para vos.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Gestión de la experiência del cliente: Asegurar que cada estudiante y su familia reciban una atención personalizada, rápida y eficaz.
- Retención y fidelización: Identificar clientes en riesgo de baja y ejecutar planes estratégicos para aumentar la permanencia.
- Ventas cruzadas y upselling.
- Proponer y vender cursos, paquetes y renovaciones de forma proactiva.
- Análisis de métricas de retención: Monitorear indicadores clave (KPI) y proponer mejoras.
- Multitarea en entorno dinámico: Priorizar tareas en un ambiente de alto ritmo y cambios constantes.
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo **1 año de experiência** en Customer Success, Atención al Cliente, Retención de Clientes, Account Management o Ventas B2C.
- **Experiência en el mercado español** (deseable).
- Excelentes habilidades de **comunicación verbal y escrita** en español.
- Capacidad para **trabajar bajo presión** y gestionar múltiples tareas.
- Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con fuerte capacidad de resolución.
- Disponibilidad para **trabajar fines de semana de forma rotativa**.
