**Senior Java Software Engineer (JPM) - Híbrido (Buenos Aires, Argentina)**

**Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina**

**Position Type: Relación de dependencia.**

**Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)**

**Availability: Full-time**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- **Java Software Development Excellence**-
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of top-tier software solutions.
- **Technical Leadership**- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their career development.- Uphold best coding practices and standards to ensure code quality and operational efficiency.
- **Project Management and Collaboration**- Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client and organizational objectives.- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives meet business needs.
- **Innovation and Problem Solving**- Identify areas for technical improvements and efficiency gains.- Solve complex issues to drive successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: Over 5 years of practical experience in Java development with a proven record of leading software engineering teams.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Extensive expertise in Java frameworks and development tools. Proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture is essential.
- Detailed skills:
Java Software Engineer III (1):

- **Advanced**: Java, SpringBoot, REST
- **Intermediate**: SQL, GraphQL
- **Nice to have**: React, TypescriptPython, FastAPI, GenAI, LLM, RAG, ElasticSearch, GraphQL, QlikSense
- **Leadership and Communication**: Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective team collaboration skills are mandatory.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to efficiently handle technical challenges.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, adapting to evolving technologies and project demands.
