En Coldview Latam estamos en búsqueda de un/a Customer Support Specialist para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Soporte en Sudamérica.

Buscamos a alguien con entusiasmo por aprender, compromiso y ganas de desarrollarse en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Atender requerimientos vía correo electrónico, telefónicos o tickets (plataforma JIRA) identificar el requerimiento o incidente y su complejidad.
- Gestionar los incidentes y requerimientos recibidos en herramienta de gestión de incidentes respetando los procedimientos (altas, cierres, derivación y seguimiento).
- Analizar posibles soluciones a aplicar según el relevamiento realizado.
- Atención de Incidencias de las aplicaciones (troubleshooting, revisión de logs, revisión de disponibilidad de servicios, etc.).
- Atención de problemas de las aplicaciones (conectividad, error de aplicación, mensajes de bugs, etc.).
- Trabajar de forma directa con otros sectores involucrados
(Implementaciones / Desarrollo / Consultoría / Ventas / Operaciones) para encontrar solución a mejora en caso de que se requiera.
- Documentar el trabajo realizado: dejar constancia de las acciones, incidencias y soluciones implementadas.
- Generar, mantener actualizada la base de conocimientos.
- Escalar y gestionar los incidentes a desarrolladores ante necesidades adicionales, brindando la asistencia y soporte que sea requerida.
- Instalación y mantenimiento de la suite corporativa.
- Monitoreo de servicios activos en nuestros sites.
- Automatización / resolución de tareas recurrentes.
- Proponer mejoras sobre el Flow de soporte.

**Debe**rás contar con**:

- Conocimiento de Bases de datos Oracle - experiência en programación básica en lenguaje SQL (excluyente)
- Experiência en uso de S.O basados en UNIX (excluyente)
- Conocimiento de lenguaje Java Script, Shell Scripting, node, phyton. (deseable)
- Conocimientos en despliegue de web services (Tomcat, WebLogic o WebSphere) y experiência con HTML, JavaScript y Shell scripting. (deseable)
- Power bi (deseable)
- Se valorará experiência brindando soporte a aplicaciones Java en entornos Unix, y manejo de bases de datos (Oracle, SQL Server o MySQL) realizando consultas básicas (SELECT, filtros y joins).
- Experiência en relevamiento, análisis y documentación técnico-funcional de soluciones, gestión y seguimiento de incidentes, y soporte a clientes mediante tickets.
- 2+ años de experiência en puestos similares.
- Disponibilidad para viajar

**Modalidad**:

- Horario: Full-Time, lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 h.
- Lugar de trabajo: Torres Catalinas - CABA. Argentina
- Modalidad: Híbrida (presencial y remota).
- Participación en esquema de guardia pasiva (bajo demanda y con compensación adicional).
