**MISSION**

Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for an E-commerce Producer with a great sense of responsibility, judgment and desire to learn. You will work with our producers and Head of E-commerce assisting in daily and continuous tasks over time.

**Responsibilities**

• Assist in day-to-day tasks such as: managing project timelines and budgets, outlining project specifications, securing quotes for manufacturing and production, creating estimates and invoices, and managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee e-commerce project timelines, ensuring product launches, marketing campaigns, and content updates stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to align on goals, deliverables, and launch strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Research for mood boards, packaging concepts, product references and idea generation.
• Help to generate project briefs.
• Support all steps involved to take a project from a concept to a finished piece of physical or digital media.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for growth.
• Communicate daily with the design team and ensure the E-commerce team has the necessary assets and information to advance projects according to the client's objectives.

**YOU**

• Have a passion for the game industry and knowledge of news and trends.
• Are skilled in project management.
• Consider yourself positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team.
• Are open to working in a fast-paced environment, finish projects on time, and according to the established parameters by the clients and the production standards.
• Have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge on collaborative and workflow software is a plus.
• Possess knowledge of graphic design process.
• Having experience working with shipping carriers and freight forwarders is a plus
• Are experienced in advertising and marketing agencies as well in sourcing.
• Can submit a portfolio of production of projects in which you have been involved.
• Completed a degree in administration, production or project management preferred.
• Have great English written and spoken.
