**Overview**

As a Digital Content Producer, you will spearhead our digital media initiatives with a primary focus on TikTok Shop and other eCommerce platforms. Your role will involve producing a diverse range of video content designed to promote products and engage with our brands audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand strategy, primarily for TikTok Shop but also adaptable to platforms like Amazon, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine content themes and marketing messages, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all media channels.
  • Manage the entire content creation process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the production of high-quality content that meets our strategic goals.
  • Work within production schedules to ensure timely delivery of content, adapting swiftly to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in creating engaging video content, with a strong portfolio featuring work on TikTok or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital media trends and consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to produce a high volume of content consistently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of pitching and executing content ideas independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Solid experience working in a content factory or high-output video production environment.
  • Understanding of e-commerce video content strategies.
  • Experience with international content creation and sensitivity to global audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.

**Interview Process**

Round 1

  • Submission of a video sample showcasing your content creation skills, particularly for e-commerce platforms - Short Assessment Task.
  • A video interview to assess creativity, technical skills, and your approach to scalable content production.

Round 2

  • Interview with Line Manager, and decision making
