Main Purpose:
Provide strategic and practical support in HR processes, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently in accordance with current legal regulations and policies established by the company.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out control of the salary settlement management process (management of various payrolls, processing of new developments, advances, adjustments, final settlements, vacation settlement, etc.).
- Guarantee internal advice to all areas of the company on labor legislation and labor relations.
- Manage Union negotiations and communication with plant collaborators.
- Support recruitment, employee induction, compensation, payroll and benefits processes
- Provide support through data analysis, reporting, KPIs and metrics.
- Prepare reports on staff, overtime and employee-related expenses.
- Upload and keep employee information up to date in relevant HR/Payroll databases and systems.
- Ensure all employees are correctly enrolled in local benefits, e.g. family allowances, retirement plans, insurance coverage and healthcare.
- Execute and control the performance management process.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, taxes, and policies.
- Represent the organization in meetings and negotiations with labor organizations as necessary.

Knowledge and abilities:

- University degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Business Administration
- 4 to 7 years of experience working in a HR department.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and process orientation skills
- Verifiable experience in relationships with Unions, delegates and secretaries.
