R/GA is a global digital innovation agency specializing in digital product development, brand transformation, media, and communications for major companies. **About the role**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our design team. As a Junior Designer, you will be working closely with our senior designers and creative directors to create innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from branding and packaging to digital experiences and social media campaigns.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a **Junior Visual Designer** at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts that meet objectives.
- Create and refine design concepts across various mediums, including branding, digital, print and social media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas.
- Prepare design assets and files for presentation and production.

**The ideal person**
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ability to adapt designs to meet the changing needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of print production techniques and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital best practices.

**You bring**
- 1+ years of experience designing.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to speak, read, and write in other language is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of design principles including typography, color theory and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers.
