**Talent Acquisition Lead - Buenos Aires, Argentina**

Reporting to the Leader of Talent Acquisition - Americas, you will drive recruitment strategies across the Latin American region.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Oversee the region’s employer branding strategy and continually seek new and interesting methods to attract top talent. Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of all logístical elements for recruitment marketing, talent engagement, and outreach efforts.
- Continually identify, vet, and implement new sourcing strategies and techniques that fit business needs and company priorities.
- Provide direction, facilitate goal setting, and regularly coach Talent Acquisition professionals, supporting their goals and performance.

**Role Requirements**
- 7-10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with a large-scale and/or multi-site company.
- 3-5 years of managing and developing regional recruiting teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and able to lead teams through high-pressure and high demands from business leaders while building partnerships across all levels of an organization.
- Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, KPI’s/OKRs - translating these into insights and meaningful measurements for diverse purposes and stakeholders.
- Experience driving innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to support organic and paid campaigns.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and negotiating effective business solutions.
