Promotion Operations Director

- We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Operations Director to join Servier and lead the Marketing and Sales functions in Argentina. This is a key leadership role, with a strong strategic focus, aimed at driving growth, execution excellence, and talent development, in line with Servier's ambition towards 2030.
- Main responsibilities:

- Strategic leadership: Define and implement a clear and inspiring strategy for Argentina, ensuring alignment with Servier's global vision, with a particular focus on Oncology.
- Commercial excellence: Drive commercial performance by optimizing go-to-market strategies, accelerating brand performance, and ensuring operational excellence of Sales and Marketing functions (Oncology and CMVD).
- SLM leadership culture: Promote the Servier Leadership Model (SLM) culture to foster a high-performance environment and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Talent development: Attract, develop, and retain high-level talent, empowering teams, strengthening engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Regional impact: Leverage internal synergies in Argentina to build coherent execution models while respecting local market specificities.
- Profile and competencies:

- Solid experience in operational leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to both sales and marketing.
- Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and achieving results in complex and multicultural environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in oncology is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage transformation processes.
- Inspiring leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a practical approach.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Availability to travel frequently within Argentina.
- International mobility required for future development within the organization.
