- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Responsibilities / Duties
- Provides Task List and Operating the Plant Role utilization data and timing into the Operations Dashboard (OPD)for use in determining normal staffing.
- Ensures operational tasks are value added, clearly defined, scheduled and completed.
- Determines if procedures and plans for new service requests are aligned.
- Reviews work status with service providers and work originators.
- Coordinates work from functional support organizations to be performed by operations personnel.
- Acts as plant liaison to functional support organizations for general activities and sharing of core plant personnel.
- Ensures appropriate operational resources are allocated to perform operational tasks and activities.
- Utilizes, updates and adjusts the OPD-Task List to schedule plant activities that impact operations.
- Works with Turnaround team to ensure start-up and shut-down tasks align with plant operations activities.
- Participates in development/monitoring of the maintenance budget and applies status/forecast as an input to manage maintenance work in the facility.
- Collects and/or reviews process data for improvement purposes and corrective actions.
- Works with plant and maintenance resources to ensure plant specific compliance activities are scheduled and completed to maintain compliance.
- Participates in activity coordinator networks to improve effectiveness in role and leveraging of best practices, as available.

Experience
- Short-cycle degree (ie associate degree degree) in Process Technology or related field plus process operations, manufacturing or other related experience preferred. In lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent years of experience are required
- Management of technical information for project development
- Cost analysis
- Decision making.
- Knowledge in manufacturing and production equipment at a technical and resource management level.
