**The Position**:
The Microsoft Office 365 Solution Architect will utilize expert level experience and knowledge of Office 365 architecture, administration and best practice recommendations combined with a strong current and deep experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office Communications Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Active Directory, and other Microsoft 365 tools, to assist us with the design, development and deployment of our Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions. The Architect is also expected to design, develop and implement a migration solution from Google Workspace, to Microsoft 365.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software design, management information systems, engineering or a related field, desired.
- 10 years minimum of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions.
- 3 years minimum experience solutions consulting spanning full-lifecycle technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to industry standards. Ability to prepare and present solution to lay users to C-level management.
- 2 years with Microsoft Online Services (Office 365 or BPOS), highly preferred.
- 5 years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Office 365; Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS); Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013);Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or App-V); Microsoft SharePoint.
