Commercial Paralegal

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Review, edit and negotiating various contract types including those on customer forms
- Communicate contract changes to sales managers
- Collaborate with finance and business operations on contract reviews and provide guidance when necessary
- Escalate contracts at an impasse to correct attorney
- Provide support to Commercial attorneys
- Monitor contracts through the renewal process
- Maintain data integrity of Contract Lifecycle Management database

**Job Qualifications**:

- University diploma
- 2+ years of experience creating and reviewing commercial contracts
- Experience working in Projuris preferred
- Ability to uphold to strictest level of confidentiality and effectively manage sensitive information with professionalism and speed
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Prior experience working on commercial contracts to meet Brazilian laws
- Strong organizational skills - ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities and geographies concurrently and prioritize to meet required timelines
- Decisive decision-maker who understands global organizational impacts and has cultural awareness
- In-house experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt and lead through change as business requirements evolve
- Familiarity with multiple Ecolab Divisions preferred
