**REQUISITOS PARA EL ROL**:

- Conocimiento de la interfaz de redes sociales: Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en el rol o similar,
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Necesario buen nível de Inglés (Avanzado), deseable Ruso.

**LOS PRINCIPALES DESAFÍOS**:

- Gestión de Redes Sociales: Administrar y mantener las cuentas de medios sociales de la empresa, incluyendo LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube y Telegram.
- Publicación de Contenidos: Seguir un plan de contenidos preestablecido y crear publicaciones, además de estilizar historias de manera creativa.
- Análisis de Datos: Realizar un seguimiento de las métricas de las redes sociales para evaluar la eficacia de las publicaciones, identificar tendencias y proponer mejoras.
- Elaboración de Informes: Crear informes periódicos que reflejen el rendimiento de las redes sociales, incluyendo recomendaciones para la mejora continua.
- Cumplimiento de la Normativa: Garantizar que todo el contenido publicado cumple con las regulaciones financieras y de publicidad en línea.
- Estrategia de Contenidos: Colaborar en la planificación de la estrategia de contenidos, identificando temas relevantes y oportunidades de desarrollo.
