**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in designing and scheduling posts across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Create visually appealing graphics, write engaging captions, and curate relevant images and videos.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build strong relationships and grow the community.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving engagement and reach.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new content formats and innovative strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Organize content calendars and maintain an up-to-date schedule of social media activities.
- Support the Social Media Manager in any additional duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Passionate about walking tours is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and boosting posts.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

**Employment Type**: Part-time / Full time available

**Location**: Remote / Hybrid
