**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
Cloud Success Services is a newly created business unit combining the former Services and CE&X organizations to drive customer adoption, sell and deliver enhanced premium service offerings and secure cloud renewals. We, North America Cloud Success Services Controlling, are closely partnering with the CSS North America Leadership team, Market Unit and LoB Leaders as well as the Sales and Delivery organizations to achieve optimal financial performance and predictability across all units and teams within the CSS North America organization.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Business Partner to the Senior CSS North America Leadership Team
- Lead and consolidate forecast activities from multiple sources within the CSS organization (e.g.: Market Units, Delivery organizations, Premium Engagement, LoBs, Sales, Overhead) including the planning and consolidation of Services Bookings, Services Revenue, Headcount, associated P&L costs and Cloud Renewal Rates.
- Liaison between all CSS Controlling functions and Stakeholders (Global CSS Controlling, NA BAC Controlling, etc.)
- Active participation in the monthly and quarter end close cycles, forecast and budget
- Conceptual enhancement of current controlling models and processes
- Out of the box thinking to and the ability to create new processes
- Preparing ad hoc analysis and being part of financial projects
- Lead end to end budget activities including but not limited to planning, execution, modeling, assignment to Market Units.
- Prepare benchmarks and analysis with the target to drive operational efficiency and to optimize resource utilization and sales efficiencies
- Prepare, analyze and consolidate financial performances around Cloud Renewals, Current Cloud Backlog and Deployed ACV across Market Units and LoBs
- Deep knowledge in MS Office, BWP, ISP, CRM and backlog tools
- Advance skills required on excel, analysis for excel and analytics
- Strong team player
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Finance and Controlling functions
- Strong Financial acumen
- Experience with Budgeting and Forecast processes
- Strong attention to fact-based detail
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong process management and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT systems skills (Analytics, ERP CO/FI, SAP NetWeaver® Business Warehouse component)
- Experience in Service business of advantage
