**Job Summary**

Our customer is looking for a Software Engineer to focus on backend node.js product
development. This role will work on a Scrum team on two-week sprints. The team is primarily
backend focused; this role enhances the team’s ability to deliver work across more of the
customer’s platform by enhancing the ability to make changes to services supporting our

**Technologies we use**:

- Backend: Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Go
- Frontend: React, Redux, Swift, Kotlin
- REST, gRPC, graphQL
- AWS
- MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis
- Kubernetes, Ambassador, Helm, Rancher

**Basic Qualifications**:

- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ years software development experience
- Experience working on a large scale project using Node
- Experience using an ORM such as sequelize to interact with a database
- Experience building and scaling GRPC services
- Experience using AWS tools
- Experience using Docker
