**About the Role**

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a dynamic high-impact team that delivers strategic and operational analysis and tools to our Services Leadership team to accelerate MuleSoft from $1B to $5B and beyond, and to cement MuleSoft’s position as the category-defining market leader in integration, APIs and hyper automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of tools catering to various functions including Services, Support, Customer Success and Product Teams.
- Optimize current data collection and reporting processes to eliminate manual dependencies; Implement scalable and automated reporting solutions.
- Participate in the design and development of high quality analytics products for the field leadership team.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Using a “profit mindset”, analyze business data to identify new opportunities for growth and continual business improvement
- Collaborate with the analytics team’s transition from descriptive analysis to predictive modeling.

**Required Skills/ Experience**:

- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
- 1-3 years experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Ability to work with different technical and business stakeholders across functional field teams to understand and deliver against their data needs.
- Work experience focused on quantitative analysis and logical reasoning including experience with SQL, R/Python, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify and present complex analytical concepts.
- High-level business-fluency in English.

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud database/architecture.
- Experience working with diverse data visualization tools like Tableau, Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), Looker, Power BI.
- Experience working with ETL-processes / Matillion.
