We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (AR-C), Argentina (AR).

**VIP Support**

a) Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine. b) Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. c) Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action. d) Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. e) Solid client service skills.
