We are looking for an Processes and continuous improvement Semi Sr Analyst for our Finance Team. There're a lot of challenges here, and for this position the main responsibilities are:

- Responsible for process documentation: workflow assembly, activity manuals, SWI, track approvals in FloQast platform and keep policies and procedures updated;
- Support the detection of continuous improvement activities;
- Support of external audit activities: contact with external auditors, coordinate the requested documentation with other areas and guarantee the saving of information
- Organize the documentation of SOX controls: Ensure compliance with control activities and those requested by the audit. Owner of finance control processes;
- Be a Reference of the reconciliation process: prepare a reconciliation QA, propose improvement of controls, follow-up of open items and process optimization;
- SAP User Expert: facilitate the SAP workflow process;
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to enhance the financial reporting process by streamlining, refining and improving the monthly financial reporting package and the yearly & interim financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of general accounting;
- Experience in external audit roles in Big Four or first-line companies. Experience in fintech and payments industry companies is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, proactive & independent;
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to develop/communicate recommendations;
- Experience SAP ERP (using and/or implementing -preferred-);
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese is desirable.
