Visión general del rol y responsabilidades
El Ingeniero/a de Mejora Continua será responsable del análisis de indicadores industriales y control, seguimiento y ejecución de los proyectos de mejora continua y estandarización que incrementen eficiencias, calidad, productividad y seguridad. Liderar la implementación de 6S en fábrica, con el soporte de las áreas involucradas.
Principales responsabilidades
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los proyectos de mejora continua definidos por la Organización.
- Definir los focos objetivos de los proyectos de mejora, para reducir las grandes pérdidas, garantizar la optimización de los procesos cuellos de botella y detectar las causas más frecuentes de No conformidades.
- Llevar a cabo la correcta implementación de las 6S en fábrica
- Liderar reuniones frecuenciales multidisciplinarias para analizar la evolución del scrap y sobreuso, definir acciones de mejora asociadas, y monitorear avances de estas.
- Implementar mejoras de fábrica visual
- En colaboración con QHSE, seguimiento No Conformidades y Análisis de causas raíz, así como seguimiento accidentes y acciones preventivas.
- Apoyar la gestión de HSE y las operaciones en la definición de las normas para la correcta gestión de los aspectos de HSE
¿A quién buscamos?
- Título Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en un papel similar
- Apreciado conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing
- Gestión de Proyectos
- Nível avanzado de inglés
Overview of the role and responsibilities
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for the analysis of industrial indicators and control, monitoring and execution of continuous improvement and standardization projects that increase efficiencies, quality, productivity, and safety. Lead the implementation of 6S in the factory, with the support of the areas involved.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the continuous improvement projects defined by the Organization.
- Define the objective focuses of improvement projects, to reduce large losses, ensure the optimization of bottleneck processes and detect the most frequent causes of non-conformities.
- Carry out the correct implementation of the 6S in the factory.
- Lead multidisciplinary frequency meetings to analyze the evolution of scrap and overuse, define associated improvement actions, and monitor their progress.
- Implement visual factory improvements.
- In collaboration with QHSE, Non-Conformance monitoring and Root Cause Analysis, as well as accident monitoring and preventive actions.
- Support HSE management and operations in defining standards for the proper management of HSE aspects.
Who are we looking for?
- Industrial Engineering degree or related.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Appreciated knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- Project Management
- Advanced level of English
