KCP Adopt CE Execution Leader
**Role Accountabilities**:
**SALES EXCELLENCE TRANSFORMATION**
- Deliver the articulated process of the KCP Hybrid Sales Model with the Customer Journey, training the team in: what the process is like, what tools are used and how it is registered in the CRM.
- Deliver the LSW of the End User commercial roles by completing the required training and delivering the playbooks where said processes are documented.
**STRENGTHEN DISTRIBUTOR DEVELOPMENT**
- Deliver the Training and Development Plan for the CAE, giving it tools that allow it to develop the DSR (Onboarding DSR, training packages: CEU, product, sale).
- Deliver the LSW of the CAE through training that explains how to do each of the critical processes of the role and the tools to use.
**BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE**
- Deliver the framework of the P&P process to commercial leaders so that they lead the meetings, articulate the qualitative and quantitative metrics, follow up on the development plans of the executives and take general actions as a result of said review (reinforcement of processes, training, development)
- Communicate the Recognition strategy (sales contest).
- Deliver commercial onboarding for new executives and commercial leaders.
- Give feedback to the CE leadership team on the initiatives implemented.
**Education & Experience**
**Essential**:
- Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
- ±8 years of experience in Sales or Commercial Excellence departments developing commercial teams.
- Experience in B2B markets
