**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Technology Leader to drive innovation, align technology strategies with business objectives, and lead our organization through transformative technology initiatives. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Senior Business Technology Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology vision while ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Alignment**:Work closely with business leaders to understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of the organization and translate them into technology solutions.

**Relationship Management**:Act as a liaison between IT teams and various sectors of the company, building bridges, facilitating communication, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the specific demands of each area.

**Technology Consulting**:Provide guidance and insights on technology best practices, proposing innovative solutions that can improve operational efficiency, productivity, and the competitiveness of the company.

**Development and Implementation of Strategies**:Collaborate in the creation and execution of technology strategies, including identifying new opportunities for innovation and implementing technological solutions relevant to the company's growth.

**Change Management**:Assist in the management of organizational changes involving technology, ensuring that employees are adequately trained and prepared to adopt new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, demonstrating successful technology strategy development and execution.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in leading digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
