Human Resources Ba Lead

**Job Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Remote)**

The **_Human Resources BA Lead_** will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and will lead the HR BA department. This role will be responsible for enforcing company policies, procedures and practices. It will be working alongside colleagues who are based in the US and BA to set employees and contractors up for success. This role will be developing a long term plan, integrating employees across the board and organizational priorities.

**Responsibilities**Personnel administration: Maintaining employee records including hiring documents, census, org chart, etc.Employee relations: Handle employee relationship issues, frequent 1:1 to collect feedback on employee’s experience.

Ensure labor laws compliance: Contemplate Argentinian working contract law to respect employees’ rights and to comply with the country’s obligations.**:
Coaching, guidance, and support to leaders and team members.Development of organizational processes: Workforce planning and projections, Ensure the correct organizational structure and develop inexisting processes and strategies to make it happen.Enforce and develop company policies and practices.Team building: Promote employee engagement, coordinate activities to motivate employees, create strategies to generate bonding and connections across the company.Performance Management: Ensure consistency in the handling of performance matters, supporting leaders and employees with frequent guidance, identify performance gaps and intervene quickly and efficiently, conducting disciplinary actions.

- Support Onboarding & Training Coordination team to ensure the best new hire experience possible.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience leadership experience.Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing team with a highly dynamic work environment.Degree in Business, HR, Law or equivalent are preferred.Must be very organized with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to multi-task; must have excellent time management skillsExcellent communication; verbal, written and interpersonal.- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all situations.
- Must be able to work cross functionally with people from all levels of the organization.
