The Global Infrastructure & Operation Department (GIO) was created to enable high speed execution of the Group’s IT transformation

projects and to run global services. GIO is part of the Air Liquide IT legal entity. It provides infrastructure services to our BIS (Business

Information System) customers world wide. The Americas Hub team within GIO is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all GIO

services to its customers across all the Americas (through the 3 Clusters : North America, Latin America, Airgas) and their respective

Entities, encompassing more than 25,000 employees.

Within the GIO’s (Global Infrastructure and Operations) Cloud Services service line, the Cloud and Data Center - Automation And

Reliability - Argentina Lead will be responsible for overseeing the migration from physical data centers to cloud solutions. Its main

objective will be to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based environments, minimizing

downtime and preserving data integrity. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams within the Americas Cloud Services team to

successfully plan, execute and manage the migration of data center assets.
- Deliver public Cloud architecture, deploy and support Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions (primary) & Azure (limited /

secondary scope) using the best practices of infrastructure as code and DevOps;
- Conduct daily technical administrative work to ensure the availability, stability and security of Cloud operation solutions;
- Collaborate with Cloud experts in the other Air Liquide Hubs to support the Cloud architecture and AWS services roadmap

for Americas;
- Understand and document the technical requirements for new services or service enhancements;
- Advise on technology decisions & provide service implementation estimates;
- Review & provide input on proposals from an architectural perspective, including feasibility, practicality, technical viability,

consistency & solution costs;
- Support the overall architecture design & implementation, ensuring it meets requirements & performance goals;
- Identify reusable/preconfigured service components or standard products from the market to leverage & assemble the

service/solution.
- Set and continually manage data center operations execution with vendors (hardware, software, service), outsource

partners, IT team members, internal customers in Argentina, and other stakeholders.
- Tune data center service delivery processes and implement governance to deliver superior data center services operational

performance.
- Determine the frequency and content of metric reporting required to enable the delivery of superior operational performance

related to data center services.
- Develop best practices and tools for data center service delivery and operations.
- Lead, coach, mentor, motivate and manage staff members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and

accountability for their assigned work.
- Assess each data center vendor’s performance against responsibilities outlined in contracts and statements of work, and be

creative when contracts fail to address issues important to the business.
- Drive customer service, innovation, and best practices to improve financial and operational performance of business

operations while maintaining customer service levels.
- Manage, report, and drive financial performance (relative to budget) as it relates to all data center related services.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Previous experience managing data centers, particularly for cloud-based solutions, is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, networking, and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers and their migration methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed
