**Duties**:
- Oversee and manage the production of websites and digital marketing platforms
- Closely collaborate with clients, creative, development and cross-functional teams
- Spearhead project conceptualization, development and launch
- Ensure website content is optimized to deliver exemplary user experience
- Lead both internal and client-facing meetings (setting agendas, speaking to project progress and blockers).
- Develop website plans and proposals for both new and existing clients
- Participate in new client meetings to uncover insights for use in website and app development
- Produce project timelines in software systems and in Gantt charts
- Work on agency council teams with others from PR, advertising, and digital disciplines
- Translate client meetings into actionable briefs and scopes of work
**Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)**:
- 3+ years of work experience as a website producer
- Good understanding of website development and project management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
- Review and ability to understand, fix, debug and write the technical code for Web development
- Familiarity with production technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other Content Management Systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting or multiple brands in an in-house setting
Desire to be part of a high performing team and pitch in to help other team members when needed
