Digital Transformations Lead, Professional

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience including cloud strategy and business transformation, cloud operating model design and implementation, and organizational change management.
- Experience in professional services and/or management consulting background with enterprise technology strategy and transformation programs.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading professional services or consulting teams/thought leadership in organization design, culture, data-led change, or innovation.
- Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps,
- Experience supporting business development and pre-sales efforts, building executive relationships, and successfully managing delivery of complex professional services engagement workstreams.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) leading practices.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently

In this role, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic business customers to help them transform their business through the use of Google Cloud technology. This role sits within the Google Cloud Professional Services Organization (PSO), where we are focused specifically on helping customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure.

You will help shape the future of customers as they look to transform their businesses, modernize their infrastructure, and evolve how they use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners. This role will be a key part of the Digital Transformation Consulting team and you will specialize in scoping, shaping and delivering large scale, cloud-driven organizational and process transformations.

You will conduct assessments, deliver workshops to assess current-state environments, and design operating model processes and organizational structures for the cloud. You will plan and lead the delivery of professional services engagements including cloud adoption and readiness, cloud governance, cloud organization, cloud processes and operating model design, organizational change management, and cloud-enabled business transformation initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead PSO project delivery for customer engagements and maintain accountability into customers to ensure programs and projects realize transformational outcomes.
- Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and Google Cloud sales field teams and lead delivery of engagements along with creation of deliverables resulting in outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to development of PSO service offerings, intellectual property, tool-kits, and templates to accelerate our delivery of direct and partner services ecosystems.
