**GET TO KNOW OUR AREA**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support to the areas of Regulatory Toxicology & Occupational and Residential Exposure and Dietary Safety Assessment within the context of supporting LATAM business units. Give scientific support on regulatory topics in collaboration to experts of the area. Support toxicological assessment and exposure and/or risk assessments, in the context of achieving and maintaining registration of products in Latam region. Compile necessary documents / dossiers to fulfill regulatory requests in LATAM.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Develop and execute the required activities to implement an account focused LATAM licensing organization, influencing stakeholders to gather the necessary support and resources;
- Provide the governance framework that will enable this transformation, and guarantee a flawless execution of the governance, with strong organization and discipline, while ensuring a high level of engagement of all people involved;
- Work in partnership with other areas within the region to deliver a robust KPI and insights for the decision making process for licensing Control the execution of all activities that are directly related to the experience our accounts have with Bayer, providing the organization with reports and controls that gives full visibility of our efficiency;
- Create tools and mechanisms that will enable the licensing team to have a top notch knowledge of their accounts / segments, that will ultimately support the teams in key business decisions. Work in partnership with the other teams to develop a robust and complementary strategy to our core business - connecting perform and transform with licesing;
- Work close with the Crop Operations teams to guarantee the excellence during the resolution of operational issues with the accounts. Give visibility for all teams involved about all operational issues related to the licensees, and create tools to improve the resolution rate, speed and efficiency.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Graduate in Agriculture, Business Administration, Engineering, Communication, Finance, IT, others;
- Relevant work experience creating and implementing commercial KPIs within B2B business;
- Ability to build and implement long term strategic research plans;
- Ability to work effectively with teams and to influence cross functional teams;

- Customer relationship management knowledge and experience;
- Excellent verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to perform deep analysis of team requirements and develop well written documents and presentations;
- Data profile oriented;

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- MBA or Specialization in Business disciplines;
- Spanish language.
