Como Sales Support tendrás la responsabilidad de garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes PyME mediante una atención proactiva y personalizada, asegurando el correcto uso de los productos Equifax, acompañando el ciclo de vida del cliente y detectando oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**:

- Ser el punto de contacto principal para clientes asignados luego de la venta.
- Realizar la implementación y seguimiento inicial del producto adquirido, asegurando que el cliente pueda utilizarlo con éxito.
- Brindar soporte y asesoramiento funcional sobre las soluciones de Equifax
- Gestionar reclamos y consultas, coordinando con las áreas internas necesarias (soporte técnico, cobranzas, operaciones).
- Realizar reuniones periódicas con clientes (virtuales/presenciales) para medir satisfacción, reforzar el vínculo y detectar nuevas necesidades.
- Monitorear indicadores de uso de las herramientas y proponer mejoras.
- Colaborar con el equipo comercial en la detección de oportunidades de cross-sell y up-sell.
- Generar y mantener actualizado el registro de gestiones en CRM.

**¿Qué experiência necesitas?**:

- Estudiante o graduado en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización o carreras afines.
- +1 año en funciones administrativas o de soporte comercial (ideal en empresas de servicios, financieras o de información crediticia).
- +1 año de experiência realizando capacitaciones a clientes sobre el uso de plataformas y productos digitales.
- Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de cross-sell y up-sell y fortalecer la relación con el cliente.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Google Workspace.

- Experiência con sistemas CRM y nociones de procesos comerciales.
