**Who are we looking for?***:
**Qualifications**:
12 years of engineering experience in the petrochemicals and/or oil and gas industry environment. 8 years project experience and4 years experience in any management position in petrochemicals and/or oil and gas industrial organization / project.

Deep knowledge of various branches of engineering disciplines and strong expertise in project management.

Knowledgeable with policies, procedures and best practices in all areas of E&PM.

**Duties and responsibilities***:
During Phase 1 to 3 (Mega/Global)
- Support project team during development of technology requirements, options studies, preliminary marketing studies, preliminary project schedules, preliminary layout and pre-feasibility studies. Contribute to value addition in development and make sure site availability, raw materials and utilities are finalized.
- Make sure that all requirements are considered during technology assessments, marketing study, project risk analysis, venture philosophy, preliminary project scope & strategy, feasibility study and preliminary economic assessments.
- Validate constructability & operating reviews, participation from operations, maintenance, engineering and construction.

During Phase 4 to 5 (Mega/Global)
- Ensure robustness of process design package (PDP), design basis memorandum (DBM) and project economics, along with the class 2 cost estimate and updated project execution plan. Perform on-site reviews & direct evaluations of mega projects under design basis.
- Ensure during FEED process complete participation and alignment by all project participants in defining and planning scope prior to approval of execution plan. This includes not only engineering and construction, but operation, maintenance, and business representatives as well.
- Ensure all requirement s are well defined what the project needs are before entering into the FEED & detailed engineering phase.
- Make sure project scope is frozen prior to entering into the execution phase. This means that the project team has defined target and contractors can focus on and develop execution plans that utilize their resources most effectively, with predictable cost and schedule.
- Make sure that value engineering analysis and risk identification and mitigation are part of project execution planning efforts.
- Ensure contribution to safety aspects is obtained from operations, maintenance, engineering, and construction.

During Phase 6 to 7 (Mega/Global)
- Monitor & control projects execution vs. approved baseline dimensions of EHSS, quality, cost and schedule.
- Ensure all lessons learned are captured and documented, punch lists cleared, performance test reports and plant acceptance certificates received.
- Ensure all as-built documents are updated, reviewed by PMT and handed over to Affiliate (EDMS system).
- Close out reports, financial close out and preparation of VAR closure report for phases 6-7.
