Trade Lifecycle Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION** And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:.**
- Resolving booking issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus;
- Creating your own relationship with the different teams (Operations, Business, Finance, Technology, Audit and Controls, Documentation team) that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently;
- Speak Up Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
- Full operational support to FX product;
- Trade reconciliations;
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved;
- Escalating issues in a timely manner.

**What do we ask for this position?**
- Graduate or bachelor student;
- Advanced English;
- Portuguese is a plus;
- Team player and willingness to collaborate;
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution;
- Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus;
- Excel knowledge is required.
