This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office

**What the day will look like**:

- Provide business Insights through analytics to focus the sales team on and search for new rollover opportunities.
- Identify business potential in renovations through internal and external database processing.
- Construction of commercial profiles categorized by potential to focus account management teams.
- Deliver sales Toolkits to ensure the rigor of the retention process to convert rollover opportunities.
- Run and supervise global standards ensuring rigorous compliance.
- Help business leaders and their teams develop Aon's driven positioning for key solutions/priorities along with Insights and marketing growth.
- Use competitive information to articulate growth planning and development of GROWTH PLAYS/growth priorities
- Analyze market and participation in portfolio mapping as part of the start-up phase of marketing campaigns and programs.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Knowledge of Power Bi, SQL, Excel
- Degree or equivalent experience in careers such as engineering, mathematics, analytics or similar
- Intermediate english
