As the **Business Support Analyst **at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and operational excellence teams by providing essential administrative assistance and ensuring smooth data management processes. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, assisting them with data entry, document preparation, and communication handling to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records will help create a reliable repository of information and ensure that business processes run smoothly.

**Core Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases to the sales team. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information, supporting the organization in maintaining a reliable data repository.
- **Work closely with sales representatives** to provide administrative and operative support in the designated sales processing tool. This includes assistance and support in managing “quotes” and processing approvals to facilitate a smooth sales process.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with team members to ensure the creation of professional and polished materials for internal and external use.
- **Communication Handling**: Act as a point of contact for internal communications. Facilitate efficient communication within the organizations stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the assigned sales and operational excellence teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process optimization, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and documentation.
