We're looking for a **Data Engineer / Analyst** with Spotfire C# extensions experience to join the engineering team at Modus.

**About You**

**Experience Level**:Senior

You are a well-rounded, self-starting Data Engineer / Analyst who loves transforming data to insight. You know the Spotfire analytics platform and its DXP file format and have developed extensions for it in C#. You also possess experience developing analytics and building data visualizations.

You must be able to plan and progress independently within an area of responsibility, and good team and communication skills are essential. You will be working hand in hand remotely with team members, end users, and other stakeholders. In terms of attitude you are inquisitive, willing to fail often and adapt quickly, and approach new technologies with an open mind.

In addition, experience with any of the following, while not required, will be viewed as a plus.
- Javascript / Typescript
- Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Relational databases
- Popular data analytics and machine learning software (Python data science ecosystem, R,...)
- Analytics platforms such as PowerBI, QuickSight, or SuperSet
- Experience in life sciences domain

Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily and this position requires both PST and UK overlap in addition.
