The objective of this position is to support the team in the implementation of SEM campaigns in Google Ads, as well as creating strategies, doing keyword research and optimizations in relation to segmentation, bid strategies, ad structure, etc.

We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience managing SEM campaigns, especially with a business model that has offline conversions as it works a bit differently than the eCommerce model. This person should be very comfortable working with Google Ads search campaigns.

Resposabilities:

- Responsible for compliance of the Marketing-Sales Plan (proactively communicating with the sales team) and conducting weekly performance reviews.
- Creating growth strategies in SEM for each product, in each market in which we operate.
- Own the SEM campaigns and their optimizations, and understand what are the factors that directly impact the Marketing-Sales plan.
- Doing keyword research to expand the structure of current campaigns and create new SEM structures for new markets.
- Find new audiences to test and increase volume
- Test different value propositions in terms of copywriting, aligning what we say (ads) with what we offer and what the people search for.
- Report to senior management on all business goals.
- Working closely with the social media, product and web teams
- Google Expert - Ensuring we are leveraging all best practices across all products/platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Google Ads Manager expert
- Google Analytics expert;
- High analytical knowledge and ability to gather/identify insights
- Mínimum work experience (on Google Ads) of 2 years;
- Bachelor of Marketing, Communication, PR, or any profession related to social networks;
- Experience with big monthly budgets will be a plus.
- Experience in startups or education companies will be a plus.
