Elife is a startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including group/event transportation, NEMT transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, and bilingual drivers for non‑English speaking clients. Our market is the world. Our customers are everywhere. Our platform and apps are built on the cloud. We have endless exciting problems to solve and we only use the best and latest technology. Responsibilities Achieve a deep knowledge of Elife’s transport solutions to design, launch, and track campaigns on digital paid media (starting with Google and Facebook and any others suggested). Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Track paid web traffic. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies. Work with content analysts to craft the best copy and landing‑page content for paid search engine marketing campaigns. Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Qualifications 7+ years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook. Experience in the travel industry (OTAs, hotels, airlines, car rentals) is desired. Well‑versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing. Experience with website analytics tools (Analytics, Tag Manager). Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, result‑oriented work environment. Benefits 100% remote job, no need to commute to our office. Earn high commissions based on KPIs.
