VISA Franchise is comprised of three companies under one umbrella. Each company shares the vision of fostering the largest community of data-focused entrepreneurs and investors in the world.

They have advised 400+ entrepreneurs from over 60 countries around the world achieve their dream of owning a business and moving to the U.S.

As part of the Visa Franchise group, they developed an online platform, Vetted Biz. Vetted Biz converts analytical data and complex business material into clear, easy-to-understand information to power the business buying process for new and experienced entrepreneurs alike.

Jaxis is a platform focused on fundamental analysis of cryptocurrencies. Jaxis converts analytical data and complex material into clear, easy-to-understand information that helps individuals find the best cryptocurrency investments.

All three of their companies are headquartered in Miami, Florida, United States.

As a **Senior Python Developer**, your responsibilities include writing and testing code,

**Responsibilities**:

- Write effective, scalable code.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
- Test and debug programs.
- Improve functionality of existing systems.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
- Assess and prioritize feature requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Coach junior/trainee team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years related work experience as a Python Developer.
- Desirable Bachelor’s degree or higher education degree in Computer Sciences or IT or relevant field.
- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5).
- Organized individual who can complete projects and tasks on a timely and routine basis.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Interest in learning new skills in a work environment.
- Interest in using data to generate insights.
- Ability to take ownership of the responsibilities required of the role.
- Ability to follow and improve upon set processes
- Language capability: fluent in English and Spanish languages
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with:

- Beautiful soup.
- Pandas.
- Dataframes.
- Pdf scrapping data.
- API manipulating data (json, xml, html).
- Authentication methods.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good teacher / Love to teach
