WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a skilled Social Media Content Writer who can craft compelling, engaging scripts for short-form videos and social media post copy. You’ll be responsible for capturing each client’s unique voice, ensuring their content sounds natural, authentic, and tailored to their audience.

You understand social media—from hooks to storytelling techniques that drive engagement.

You’re detail-oriented and can take feedback, make revisions, and refine scripts & copy until they’re up to our internal standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write engaging video scripts tailored to each client’s voice, ensuring the content feels authentic and natural.
- Write high-converting post copy optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Find strong hooks & angles that will keep audiences watching and engaging with the content.
- Analyze transcripts from video shoots to extract key moments and turn them into compelling social media content.
- Stay on top of trends—identify at least 2-3 weekly trends and find ways to incorporate them into client content.
- Take feedback and make revisions quickly and effectively, ensuring all content meets our high-quality standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1+ years of experience writing for social media, preferably short-form content (video scripts, captions, or ad copy).
- Deep understanding of American English, including grammar, slang, and social media tone.
- Ability to write in different voices—this is crucial. Your writing should sound like the client, not like you.
- Strong grasp of storytelling techniques for social media, particularly how to hook an audience within the first few seconds.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset—if you see an opportunity to improve something, you take action.
- Reliable internet connection & ability to work remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team.
