**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for implementation required solution at client sites
- You will be part of a team responsible for end-to-end project delivery - requirements gathering, defining the scope, crafting (in coordination with the client's PMO) and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the life cycle of the project
- You will providing accurate project estimates and consistently meeting dedications with specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency
- You will conduct and manage client on-site meetings, workflow and technical trainings
- You will document client-specific customizations and assisting with training internal Support team on client-specific workflows
- You will be engaged in multiple projects simultaneously while meeting expected budget and deadlines
- You will provide clients with consulting advice based upon technological considerations and industry best practices
- You will be effectively and expertly working with various internal teams on client projects and company-wide initiatives
- Building trade files and other integration to 3rd parties plus building the associated reconciliation files
- Trade and transaction reporting environment with exposure to EMIR, MIFID II and SFTR
- Gathering and consolidating data using from various sources and formats
- Explain risks and implications observed during trade file building, and problem-solving transaction reporting errors
- On-board and maintain counterparty details in relation to delegated reporting
- Participate in ’User Acceptance Testing' (UAT) with client and 3rd parties
- Report building using SSRS and proprietary Analytics Master
- Working within customer-focused data
- BVA reporting, using Tableau: - Build, publish data sources/semantic layer, customize interactive reports and complex dashboards, report scheduling using Tableau server;
- Data Warehouse concepts, extracts and methodologies;
- Tableau visualizations and dashboards using Tableau Desktop;
- Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Administration and Support.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within the Financial Services Industry (buy-side)
- Excellent and effective social skills, along with strong communication English skills (both verbal and written), with ability to deal effectively at all levels
- Client facing experience
- Order Management / Portfolio Management implementation experience in multi-asset class trading environments (Equities, Options, Futures, Swaps, Fixed Income, FX etc.)
- Experience of process design, documentation, and implementation
- Strong experience in SQL Server database development such as SQL, stored procedures, backups, indexes, table partition, and query optimization
- Competent in troubleshooting issues with reports
- Competent in business analysis and data manipulation
- Ability to drive insight from customer-focused data
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- Good working knowledge of Excel, capable of manipulating financial data
- Technical experience with VB.Net, C# and SQL
- Numeracy and analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and competing deadlines
- At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving / decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and open to adapting to change within a dynamic environment

**Nice to have**
- Software Implementation experience
- Familiarity with C#/SQL/VB.NET programming
