Member Services Instructional Designer

**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Work collaboratively with the Member Services Training team to deliver effective and engaging training to employees at all levels of member services.
- Design and create instructional materials for various training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, on-demand, and blended experiences.
- Create training materials in various formats to meet departmental needs, including PowerPoint presentations, on-demand courses, knowledge base content, job aids, and process guides.
- Oversee and maintain the course library in the departmental Learning Management System (LMS)
- Utilize instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including the ADDIE and Adaptive Learning models.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Facilitate “Train the Trainer” sessions with Member Services trainers and provide facilitator guides for training content as needed.
- Other Training & Development related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years comparable experience in a fast-paced operations/call center environment or related industry (i.e. Instructional design, training, curriculum development, adult education).
- Prior experience in learning and development, instructional design, curriculum development, training with a focus on health and wellness preferred.
- Basic understanding of instructional design, adult learning methodology.
- Familiarity with best practices for remote work environment.
- Base-level knowledge of Call Center CRMs, Knowledge Base solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Multi-channel support experience preferred.
