**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Responsibilities**
- Building a superApp platform
- Preparing, running and analyzing User Research, such as user interviews, usability testing and card-sorting
- Creating Information architectures and mapping out user journeys
- Creating wireframes and clickable prototypes of mobile native apps
- Creating user interface designs for mobile native apps

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience working in the UI field
- 4+ years of experience working on design systems, mobile native apps
- Experience in creating and using personas, CJM’s, mind maps, low & high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes
- Proficiency in using graphic editing tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe products, and others)
- Strong visual skills
- Knowledge of modern design trends
- Ability to work in a distributed team
- Understanding of methodologies and design processes focused on user convenience
- Ability to present and articulate UI decisions
- Ability to communicate with different disciplines and stakeholders such as business, technology, and other functional areas
- Ability to see the big picture around a clients’ business objectives
- A portfolio that demonstrates the above skills
- Good spoken English

**Nice to have**
- Working experience in the banking sector
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
