Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un analista de proyectos para formar parte del equipo de operaciones de WTW. Es deseable contar con personas con conocimientos en seguros (un plus conocimiento en metodologías Agiles) y con ganas de formar parte de un equipo interdisciplinario con fuerte orientación a manejo de proyectos y cumplimiento de objetivos.

**El Rol**
- Realizar el análisis y proponer soluciones para clientes internos y/o externos.
- Planeación de proyectos
- Administración del backlog de proyectos
- Coordinar diversas pruebas UAT
- Elaboración de minutas con acuerdos generados dentro de las reuniones de seguimiento.
- Reporte de estatus del proyecto a la PMO/gerencia.
- Identificación de Riesgos y bloqueantes dentro del proyecto.

**Los Requerimientos**
- Deseable conocimiento en el rubro seguros
- Vocación para el trabajo en equipo
- Capacidad de análisis y comunicación asertiva
- Deseable contar con experiência en el manejo de proyectos, preferentemente bajo modalidad agile.
