Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the technical delivery of UC Project per the defined Statement of Work.
- Lead technical meetings to ensure clients are covered for all aspects of UC deployment and operations.
- Discover, isolate, reproduce, troubleshoot using tools like syslogs and wireshark, drive resolutions, and document solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and broad knowledge of AudioCodes product and service offers and solutions.
- Consult with Solutions Architect and client about solution options after understanding their needs/expectations for voice transformation.
- Develop project runbook and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients and partners as required.
- Work occasionally after hours to accommodate cutover events and client schedule as required.
- Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously.
**Requirements**:
- MS/BS in EE or CS.
- Understanding of IP Telephony, SIP, VOIP, OSI Model, DNS, E1/T1.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies Skype for Business, TEAMs DR, Azure, PowerShell.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing and ability to travel (mostly domestic but some international travel may be required).
- Willing to participate in 24x7 On-call support duties for after-hours support on rotation basis.
**Nice To Have**:
- Microsoft Teams certification is a plus.
- CCNA certification.
- Project Management and scheduling skills.
- Knowledge of AudioCodes products is a plus.
- Experience with Zoom is a plus.
