Job summary
Developing along with the main business areas, diagnoses and effective actions in order to development all Dealers; Supporting processes of performance improvement, based on constant monitoring of KPI's and follow-up action plans established with Dealers; Implementing and monitoring projects and programs. Reports to: Head of Dealer Performance Development
Job Responsabilities
Analyze customer, industry & competitor. Analyze market development, distribution and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DP Consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Performance. Implement new analytical tools and their securing efficient use. Coordinate and participate in montly dealer operating meeting, with the main business areas. Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO's dealer network. Participate in Dealer meeting and Workshops. Maintain standardized reporting system of market
- and dealer data Action plan set up and send out survey Review action plans analyze Performance maps and Review and update files Create powerpoints distr. Overviews and Create executief powerpoint Join meetings review/calls Communicate, internally meetings VI create documents per distributor and discuss/explain to distr. Create new controls and process about Dealer Development KPI's responsible per Dealer Performance Brand representation and Quality
**Requirements**:
Very good analytical skills Autonomous, well-structured and diligent work standard Experience to be a leader in new projects Experience minimum of 3 years in Dealer Performance Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry customer focus Language skills (relevant English and Spanish) MS Office (Strong in Power Ponit and Excel).
