**PROJECT OVERVIEW**
This umbrella team is responsible for all the digital touchpoints a member has within the organization - in particular the web app and mobile apps. The team handles core libraries, patterns and infrastructure shared across the other 5 pods. Your focus will be improving the foundation upon which the mobile app is built, making it easier for other teams to contribute to the mobile app. Projects include modernizing the react-native project setup; investigating and improving Android app performance.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our new team.
**TECHNOLOGY STACK**
React, React Native, iOS, Android, PostgreSQL.
**Responsibilities**
- Rebuild mobile app build/deploy pipeline to support white labeled mobile app
- Rebuild mobile app’s authentication experience to support OIDC flow
- Improve react native app performance and build time
- Improve observability of the mobile app
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Onboard quickly to our mobile stack so you can hit the ground running
- Participate in the team’s Agile development process (including daily standup and other Agile ceremonies)
- Organize work in digestible chunks for code review
- Provide thoughtful code review for peers
- Express yourself in written documents including technical design docs when needed
- Deep expertise in React-Native for both iOS and Android including project setup
- Some comfort with native development on iOS, Android, or both
**Nice to have**
Experience profiling mobile app performance
- Experience with other technologies, particularly Python/Flask
- Experience in building a whitelabeled or templatized mobile app
