**Key Responsibilities in React Native Development**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the app meets meticulous standards for user interface design and overall user experience.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and fix bugs for optimized performance.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
**React Native Developer Experience and Skills**:
- Proven experience in mobile app development using React Native.
- Strong proficiency in the following technologies: React.JS ,Node.JS, React Native, Flutter, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML,CSS;
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs within the mobile app framework.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle, including automated testing and building.
- Experience with native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, or Gradle.
**Pluses for the Mobile App Developer Role**:
- Certifications in React Native (Meta driven or elsewhere), or if we look at other frameworks to revamp the app Flutter (maybe Vue or Ionic) - DevOps / Pipeline around iOS and Android would be helpful
- Background in deploying apps to App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
