**Position**: Sales Agent
**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina
**Compensation**: Commission-Based (15% of subscription fees)

**About Renthia**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with real estate agencies and agents in Buenos Aires.
- Promote Renthia’s subscription service, emphasizing the value of pre-screened, high-quality leads.
- Secure signed agreements from real estate agencies, individual agents or property managers who will subscribe to Renthia’s service for leads.
- Maintain relationships with secured agencies to ensure long-term collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Buenos Aires real estate market.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
