**Responsibilities**:
Develop high-quality, production ready code that can be used by millions of users of our cloud platform.
Make design decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, and future expansion.
Share your knowledge and to help transform an organization from within by working with and coaching your team members.
Work in a Hybrid Engineering model and eagerness to contribute in all phases of SDLC including design, implementation, code reviews, automation and testing of the stories.
Eagerness to contribute in any of the architectural layers such as UI or Api or DB layer.
- Experienced with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like React
- Experience with modern web app development frameworks,
- Familiarity with developing for the web and for mobile
- Experience building scalable APIs and Microservices in an enterprise software environment
- Experience with JavaScript
- Front End: components, LWC, React, Angular, etc
- Back End: Node, Express, etc
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. postgres) and the design of data models
- Experience with automated test frameworks
- Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
General abilities we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- A strong desire to learn technology and a polyglot attitude
- A commitment to quality, stability and performance
- Ownership of the whole software development lifecycle, including:
- Service ownership
- Familiarity with CI/CD approaches,
- Experience supporting and solving software in production
- Excellent communication skills and a strong teammate
- Understanding of how to balance speed of delivery with maintainability
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Appreciated:
- A willingness to be versatile and flexible in working across our stack
- Leadership experience and the desire and skills to lead feature development across a team
- Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with infrastructure, DevOps, SRE
- Experience working on a distributed team
- Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including apex and LWC and platform features
- FSD with node, FSD with postgres
- Experience with Heroku
- Experience with Mulesoft
