**Project Description**:
Our client, a forward-thinking AI technology firm based in Boston and Nashville, with a team spread across Europe, is looking for a **Sr FullStack Software Engineer (Python/React)**to help them revolutionize the consulting space by developing AI agents that connect consulting companies directly with industry experts. Our client is setting new standards for efficiency in the expert consulting industry. They're expanding their capabilities and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-caliber team.
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be a critical part of our client´s team, focusing on developing robust AI agents to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This role demands a high level of coding expertise and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**

Develop and maintain advanced software solutions using Python, FastAPI, Next.js, and React.

Collaborate with our ML and backend teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements.

Ensure code quality, stability, and scalability.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- At least 8 years of professional experience with Python, FastAPI, Next.js, and React
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector databases, and OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and high-quality code.
- Experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve project goals effectively.

**Nice to have**
- Previous experience with US companies is a plus
- Experience working with a diverse multi-cultural team.

**Location**

The applicant must be located in LATAM (Latin America).

**Type of Position**
- Fully remote (overlap with EST and/or CST)
- Full-Time position

**Compensation**

Compensation range: 120.0000 to 180.000 USD annually.
