**Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Oriented) - 100% Remote (LATAM talent exclusively).**

They are currently seeking a **Senior Fullstack Engineer** with strong front-end expertise to join their team. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in full-stack environments, especially those with deep experience in **React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Frontend-Focused Fullstack Engineering**
- Design and develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Translate product requirements into responsive and accessible UI components.
- Ensure a seamless user experience through thoughtful design and interaction.

**Backend Collaboration & Support**
- Collaborate with backend developers on API integrations and data flow.
- Contribute to backend logic and services using Ruby on Rails, or be willing to learn and support backend development as needed.

**Quality & Testing**
- Maintain code quality through unit testing and integration testing.
- Work with or be open to learning testing frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress.

**Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and support team growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and technical processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Attainment**:

- Technical degree or background in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fields.

**Experience Level**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience in fullstack development, with emphasis on frontend technologies.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript is required.
- Solid object-oriented programming skills.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly preferred (or strong interest in learning it).
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress is a plus.

**Technical Capabilities**:

- Strong fullstack coding ability, with an emphasis on frontend user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and modern deployment pipelines.

**Communication Skills**:

- Fluent English (C2+ level required).
- Clear and proactive communicator in remote, cross-cultural environments.

**Mindset**:

- Product-focused, ownership-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate on different parts of the stack.
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with a passion for building meaningful products.

**Compensation and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive monthly salary between **6500 - 7,500 USD**, along with important benefits, including equipment, vacations policy and local holidays policy**,**access to a bonus based on performance.
