**About the role**

**Location**: Bogotá, Medellín, or Buenos Aires (100% On-site)

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be a key contributor to our technical delivery team, working directly with U.S.based clients. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from designing scalable solutions to optimizing performance in Linux environments, ensuring that our technology solutions align with business goals.

**What you will do**:

- **5+ years** of experience in Java development with a BS/MS in Computer Science.
- **Full On-site Commitment**: Ability to work from our offices in Bogotá, Medellín, or Buenos Aires.
- **Linux Mastery**: Extensive experience developing, debugging, and deploying in Linux environments.
- **Technical Toolkit**: Proficient in MS SQL Server, GIT, and leveraging Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills to effectively collaborate with North American stakeholders.
- **Agility**: A responsible, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and adjusts quickly to new tasks.

**Nice if you have**:

- Experience in SaaS or IT Consulting.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
